  We liked the service of the hotel, reception and cleaning, they were very nice and helped us a lot. breakfast was good, there was not much but just enough for breakfast. my cousin's and my mother's rooms were very good, super spacious and beds very comfortable. We liked the hotel very much because of its location, you were 5' away from Holland Park and subway was 10-15' away so it was great and you had a lot of restaurants around the hotel.

  What I didn't like was that my sister and I were given a room full of dead, crushed mosquitoes on the wall, filled with dampness and room smelled of it, we had to put cologne on it every time we entered the room. They could fix both the elevator (because from what we were told it had been out of order for quite some time and for people who have leg problems or who can't get up they are going to have a serious problem) and hotel carpet was old, had stains of who knows what and was broken in some places.
